Turnaround

All of our products are made to order. As soon as your payment is received we will get to work producing your products. Please allow 7 days for standard products to be produced and delivered. Bespoke projects may take longer, this will be discussed during the specification & quote process.

Delivery

Your goods will be packaged and delivered to you on a next day courier service. Delivery outside of UK Mainland, may take longer. Please contact us for delivery estimates.

For our larger bespoke trailer projects, collection is often necessary, this will be discussed with you before the order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

Should your product arrive not as specified we will provide a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We ask that the customer pay for return postage.

As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind. So please be sure before you place your order.

Bespoke products are not refundable, but changes to the specification can be discussed if necessary.

Payment

We accept Paypal payments & Bank Transfers. You can also pay cash on collection if you are willing to travel to our workshop in Sandhurst, Kent.
